The Group Thrust
Understanding the fact that many Dominants (describing both Male and Female Dominants) new to the lifestyle are honest enough to say "I don't know what to do or how to do it" instead of faking their way through and damaging some innocent submissive, AND, realizing that established Dominants need a support forum where discussions can take place free from submissive ears, a Roundtable Discussion Group of Dominants is being established. This is a to be described as a Mentoring & Support Group. It will be a forum where Dominants can feel free to ask "How do you do X?" as well as be a support group for established Dominants to discuss and grapple with issues that affect us all.

Who Is Welcome Dominants, Male & Female, new and experienced as well as switches who identify as Master of their relationship. Also, those Dominants who need to be Mentored, as well as those willing to be a Mentor, and those who simply wish to gather for support and to be supportive.

Leadership
The RoundTable is being convened by TheSlaveTrainer/David. While input will be sought by members of the Group on discussion content and activities, the ultimate decision of Group direction and authority for the Group shall rest in him.

Location and Content
We will meet, when space allows and as necessary, in homes around the S.E. WI area for technique discussions and BDSM demonstrations and at the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center, 315 W. Court St. for main gatherings. Dominance does not always include BDSM. D/s & M/s relationships may or may not include BDSM activities. We will try to address the Dominance issues first in every meeting unless the meeting is scheduled solely to address BDSM activities. We will endeavor to be cognizant that not everyone in a D/s relationship engages in BDSM activities and that they need the support of this group as well.

In Conclusion
Mentoring has been the way many have been schooled in years past, and how many of us learned what Dominance was, what it was not, and how to play safer. This Group will be an opportunity for Dominants who wish to share knowledge, find support, and to socialize with others of the same personality type to do so. If you are finding or awakening to this lifestyle and realizing this is your personality, wish to learn how to be a responsible Dominant, and need the Mentoring that can come from this Group then this is what it is here for.
